Leather Sole
The Leather Sole was the first Sole used by R.M.Williams when he made his first pair of boots and used now days in the making of the Classic Craftsman.The leather sole is best suited to use as a dress boot, office work and casual horse riding.Boots that have a leather sole are generally leather lined the exception being the Comfort N Sole. Customers that buy boots with the leather sole generally like the firm feel of the leather sole it can feel quite hard to some.It is not the sole to choose if you are doing a lot of walking on pavement or abrasive surfaces as it will wear quicker than a rubber or composite sole. The benefits are it is not quite as heavy as the comfort sole, it has more feel and it has a slimmer welt.
